A little Halloween fun for a good cause-

Pumpkin time!

We had a terrific Friday evening, while enjoying pumpkins and pizzas with some wonderful family friends!  

Date night!

Rick and I enjoyed a delicious dinner at 2nd Street Bar & Kitchen, followed by a fun night enjoying a performance by Erasure at Austin City Limits Live.  It was even better than their show I saw back in high school!

Green Belt and more!

This has been a big week of achievement for Zander.  He earned his second level green belt and was accepted to an amazing, private Middle School.  It was a rigorous application process for next year at the Khabele School, and we are very excited for Zander to have this opportunity!  Our family needs to make a final decision about attending by February, so we'll see...

Carnival Time!

Last year our school raised $28,000 during the carnival, and we hope that this year was profitable as well.  It sure was fun for the kids!

Determination

While we enjoyed a relaxing dinner at Doc's Backyard with Nana and Lalo, the twins were busy harvesting acorns and Zander had a great time playing with some new friends.  

 Today was picture day at flag football.  Zack had a good game and won the weekly award for this week's character trait, DETERMINATION.

Round Top Shopping Trip

Thanks to my wonderful husband taking care of our Z pack, I was able to enjoy a couple days of shopping with my fantastic friends, Jennifer and Kerry.  Down below, we are dressed up for the "Junk Gypsy Prom".  It was a great time!
