Welcome Larry!

Thank you Aunt Berta & Uncle Tim for our newest member of the family--Larry the Elf! Before tucking in for the night, Larry wanted to check out the winter weather he brought from the North Pole...our 1st snow in the new house and as a family of 5-- make that 9 under our roof if you include Bob and Larry. Would you believe it was 79 degrees earlier today? Only in Texas!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Though we wished the rest of our family could be with us, it was a wonderful day of Thanksgiving. (Not pictured- our photographer Uncle Tim who made awesome stuffing!)

Taking Christmas card pics has never been so exciting :) Aren't we blessed?!

6 months old!

Three days ago our babies passed their 6 month mark! This morning we had our well-baby checkups with Dr. J, who had great things to say about how well they are doing. Here are there stats with a couple cute pictures taken by Uncle Tim-

Zack, the older twin, weighed in at an impressive 20.9 lbs (90-95%) and measured 27.75" long (90%). Nice that Zoe will have 2 big brothers! :)
Our baby girl Zoe Elizabeth weighed in at 16.12lbs (50-75%) and mesured 26.75" long (75-90%).
Speaking of sizes, we have had some recent requests for clothing sizes and toy interests. You can stop reading now if you're not interested. Both babies are about to transition to 12 month sizes and love comfy clothes, quickly moving into 18 months by Spring I'd bet. They don't wear shoes at this point but would love some Robeez brand shoes for the future. Since they are at home all day, they would love any toys or books that are age appropriate for 6-12 month olds. Big brother Zander is wearing a size 6 now. He loves all toys, specifically any commercials he sees (great fun, hah). Toy interests include building things, robots, puzzles, video games for leapster, sports, crafts, games, books, really everything. His new pre-school is only 2 half days per week so we are trying to keep him busy and away from those TV commercials.

We hope you have enjoyed the past 6 months as much as we have, and please don't mind if we post a little less often as life is so very busy and full these days. Love to all!
